Thank you for taking the time to write your review of Immacolata House. We were pleased to see that you have rated our overall standards highly. With regards to your recent telephone conversation; as you can imagine we are slightly surprised as in general it is only our nurses, manager or reception whom will answer the phone, and they all have excellent English skills.
We aim to provide a service that meets residents' and loved ones' expectations, I can only apologise if you feel that we have fallen short on this occasion.
