We are sorry that you felt that some aspects of your husband’s stay fell below our usual high standards.
In relation to your husband’s dislike of the food, we had discussed and agreed a plan moving forward. Sadly your husband was discharged before we could implement it. I am sorry that he disliked the food.
I am also sorry that you felt that the management was poor. As you are aware we had a frank conversation as soon as I was made aware of the issues. I would be more than happy to discuss this with you further should you wish.
