I am sorry to hear that you feel you have had this experience with us at Longmeadow. As families, residents and staff are aware I have an open-door policy here at Longmeadow and am always available to talk to everyone who accesses the service. I would like to invite you to a review meeting with myself at a time to suit you, to discuss any issues that you may have at the moment so that we may have a chance to put things right and improve the service that you feel we provide to you and your husband. As a residential home we have a capacity of 41 service users and in terms of staffing we are staffed between 6 to 7 members of care staff during the daytime and 4 to 5 members of staff during the night, dependant on individual dependency needs which is regularly reviewed each month or if needs change before this time.
