We are very sorry this relative has made a vexatious complaint despite all our repeated attempts, as well as myriad health and social care professionals involved,  to help him understand his Wife's overall health and condition. This client, whom remains within our care, despite her husband's repeated frustrations,  has been very recently reviewed by her funding commissioner to their satisfaction.
