Hello Janette- I'm very sorry to hear you had a poor experience whilst being in this home. The home is now under new management as Butterfly Lodge and as this complaint was related to November last year up until February this year I do not have any information regarding this. However, I can assure you that the new team in place is working well and we received a Good in all areas from CQC.
