We are obviously disappointed with your thoughts and, as we have discussed, we are actively working with the Occupational Therapists and Social Workers to reduce the call times in the mornings, which is working extremely well. <br><br>Weaver's Court is a housing with care scheme, meals are not provided by NorseCare, but are supplied by an outside contractor - your feedback has been passed to them.<br><br>Any of the concerns raised to staff and management about care agency workers have been acted upon, and as a result, they are no longer working at Weaver's Court.  <br><br>We are always happy to discuss any concerns you have and welcome the opportunity to provide the level of care and support we aspire to at Weaver's court.
