It is therefore regrettable, that on this occasion, we have not maintained this quality of care during your father’s stay and wish to genuinely apologise for the upset and inconvenience this has caused your family.
Quantum Care take complaints seriously. Your complaint has been investigated under our own Complaints Procedure and has been dealt with by the Regional Manager for this home. We would like to assure you that the lessons learned will be used to make significant improvements in the training of staff at this home to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
