We are obviously disappointed with your comments.  We continue to provide care and support to all the tenants with dignity and respect.  Weaver's Court is a housing with care scheme and visits are made to your mother at least 4 x a day. We are continuing to monitor and record her fluid intake.<br><br>As we have discussed, it is crucial that we continue to include Norfolk County Council's Adult Social care team to continually monitor the level of your mother's care needs.<br><br>We welcome the opportunity to discuss your thoughts regularly and rest assured that we will ensure that we will do our best to provide your mother with the care and support that she needs.
