Thank you for the comments and we have taken these on board.<br>We have a non-uniform system in the Home but all staff wear badges and we ensure that the staff that work within our residential household are consistent so that our residents do become familiar with them. We are going to have photos of our staff so that residents and their families are able to recognise the team members. <br>If you do have any further concerns, please do not hesitate to speak with our Home Manager.
