We try to maintain staff continuity in each unit but at times we need to make some changes to ensure each unit is safely staffed but do appreciate that this is not ideal.<br>When a resident is seen by their GP, a trained member of staff is always present, unless the resident requests a private consultation. In that instance, the GP would then pass on all relevant information to the trained staff member.
