Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel your sister didn’t receive the level of care and support you expected. A new manager has recently been appointed and a number of improvements have already been made in the home, specifically in relation to the dining room experience and activities for our residents. The Manager’s office has been re-located so that he is more visible. He operates an open door policy so that residents and family members can discuss any issues. Since the changes have been implemented we have received positive feedback from both residents and relatives.
