Clayburn Court is currently recruiting and it is regrettable that this process takes time. In order to ensure continuity of care, we access the services of a local agency. Whilst this is not ideal, please be assured that we ensure that we use the same pool of agency workers who are now very familiar with both the residents and the policies and procedures.<br><br>We are so sorry that items do sometimes go missing and we appreciate how distressing this can be for everyone concerned. Our new Home Manager is working with the team to improve all areas of the service including housekeeping and laundry.
