You couldn't be more right when you say our staff are excellent, and above all, caring - we agree. <br>We pride ourselves on our robust recruitment process, selecting high calibre skilled employees and have been putting more emphasis on recognising and rewarding performance, encouraging career progression. In addition, we held a recruitment Open Day on the 15th Oct which was a huge success. Although there are no bus links, staff have a dedicated parking area and we offer incentives for car sharing.
