Thank you for your review. I understand you are a friend that visits from Holland twice a year and I am aware that the module there is very different from the English home to home approach. We have purchased the business this May and are working our way through a refurbishment of the home, however, the resident you visit lives in the grade 2 part of the building. There are restrictions on what can be done and we have to make sure we are careful and do it right, involving the residents with the decision making.<br>We have a physiotherapist that supports the residents with the best moving and handling techniques and the resident has always been happy to be supported the way she is at present, we tailor the care to the person and their wishes, to ensure the individual remains independent for as long as possible.
