We would also like to thank you for your excellent scores on the food and drink, safety and security in the home as well as the management and staff who provide dedicated care and support to residents. We value all feedback and are sorry to hear that the laundry service has not been meeting your expectations. Since our new home manager has been in place, the laundry machinery has been addressed and the laundry process has been assessed with the support of the laundry team. We are pleased to confirm that since addressing the machinery, no issues have occurred and a new approach to our laundry service has been agreed which, going forward, should reduce the issues previously experienced.
