At Meadow Bank House, we aim to provide the highest standards of care and we appreciate that the consistency of colleagues has a positive impact for residents. The home manager has an open door policy where residents, staff, families and friends can speak to her at any point to discuss any concerns or changes to the care given. As a home, we always look to improve our service and we work closely with the local hospice teams and Macmillan to ensure we are improving our palliative care service.
