Thank you for taking the time to send in a review.  As you know, Court House is divided into three separate houses and the staffing levels are determined according to the dependencies of the residents and is kept under constant review by the Home Manager.  I’m sorry if there were occasions when your mother had to wait longer than she would have liked for staff support.  Please do feel free to come and talk to the Home Manager regarding this and the concerns you had with your mother’s laundry.
