We always act in the best interests of the resident, and as care providers, we have a duty of care to acknowledge when we are unable to meet the needs of an individual,  we would be doing a disservice if we did not. We also understand that any decision resulting in a placement coming to an end is disappointing, our primary aim is to strive to meet the needs of individuals to the best of our ability.
