Thank you for sharing your comments about one of our Homes, we value all the feedback we receive. The nurses and staff felt privileged to care for your husband and to provide you with support during such a difficult time. They were also honoured to be involved while he was in hospital and to be included in his funeral.<br>Your husband had been assessed by our team as being at a high risk of falling and we did everything we could to minimise this. Our Homes, staff, environment and systems are set up to closely monitor this as well as any associated medical conditions, but sometimes despite everything, incidents still happen. The Coroner concluded that this was a very sad case of an accidental death. You and your family remain in our thoughts and it was wonderful to welcome you back into the Home in December for our Starlight event.
