Thank you for your review of Caer Gwent. I’m sorry that during your respite stay you were not happy with the quality of the food.  Having spoken to you and your husband, as a direct result of this, Caer Gwent is developing a Catering Service Improvement plan and we will incorporate your feedback into that.  We're glad that you were very pleased with the overall care that you did receive and you would look to come back to Caer Gwent in the future.
