We really appreciate your rating of ‘good’ for our staff but we are sorry to hear that you were not happy with some areas of service. Our staff change beddings and clean the rooms on a daily basis during times when residents are away in the lounge or dining area to avoid any disruptions. Our management team did not receive any complaints during your time of stay but if you wish to discuss any particular concerns, please contact our home manager who will be able to assist you further.
