Staffing is reviewed weekly by the Home Manager and the company’s Senior Nurse Managers and flexes according to occupancy and the dependency levels of our residents. It has been necessary to rely on agency staff for a time but we are pleased to report the return of staff who have been on long term sick leave and an intensive recruitment drive has been very successful. We are sorry a faulty TV in the upstairs lounge affected viewing. When notified of this on 6 January by staff, a replacement was immediately ordered and delivered to the home on 8 January; our residents are greatly enjoying the new 60 inch 4K Smart TV. We appreciate your kind offer to contribute towards the replacement however it is our responsibility to provide such items for communal areas; the staff were correct to advise as such.
