We are pleased to note that you are very happy with the care provided to your husband though sorry that you aren't entirely satisfied with the level of activities on offer. We have two full-time activities staff and have invested heavily in activity provision over the last few months including the appointment of an Occupational Therapist and establishing a new well-being team focused on meaningful activity for all our residents. Generally, we receive very positive feedback as to the level of engagement and activities on offer, however, we are always happy to take suggestions on how we can further improve. I am aware that the Home Manager has already discussed this with you and arranged for the well-being team to meet with you and develop an individual plan for you and your husband.
