Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback to us.  We are pleased to hear that your Mother enjoyed her stay with us and you found the quality of the care delivered to a high standard.  I have noted your comments about the décor and discussed this with the Housekeeping Team and Maintenance Operative.  We have identified rooms that would benefit from a refresh.   I have discussed your feedback around activities with our Wellbeing Co-ordinators and we have recently reviewed the hours they work throughout the day so they can provide a robust program of activities for our Residents.
