Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.  The staff and management are delighted with your comments.  In regards to the facilities near the conservatory, as you may or may not be aware, the toilet next to the conservatory had to be removed from service due to being inadequate for our residents' needs. We are still actively assessing a way to redevelop this to make it more useful however we will investigate your concerns around incontinence issues in this area in the interim.
