Thank you for your review - this has been a difficult process for your friend and as we have acknowledged would be the same in any care home.  It’s always difficult when the preference would be to remain at home but that turns out to be an impossibility.  We endeavour to accommodate her wishes as much as we can to try and enhance her stay here at Glen Rosa.
