Thank you for your review. I am pleased that you feel the staff do a good job and that the residents are treated with dignity and respect to an excellent standard. We ensure that the 7 days of the week are covered by our own staff and we use a very low level of agency cover.<br>We agree that a photo gallery would be good and the company is currently preparing a suitable board for display in the reception area. This will help identify who is in charge at weekends as well as during the week.
