Thank you for this wonderful feedback. We place great emphasis on recruiting and training to a high level, all the staff that work in our care homes. We are pleased that this shows in the care that is provided at Greenacres and that your loved one is reaping these benefits too.  A new, improved housekeeping programme has been recently implemented which will include general improvements to the home.
