We always aim to provide the best care possible to all our residents and their families and we are sorry that, in this instance, we did not meet your expectations of the level of care provided. Prior to admission, we carried out a detailed assessment of your mother’s care needs before she was discharged from hospital, ensuring other care professionals and family members were fully involved in this process.  This involvement continued throughout the duration of your mother’s stay with us and further support was enlisted as your mother’s needs increased.
