Eden House is a residential home and family members are given the entrance code for the building although this does change for security purposes. Staff are not allocated to the reception desk on the Ground Floor but are alerted to visitors at the door by the doorbell which is connected to the call bell system and endeavour to attend as soon as possible. Any concerns with regards to the cleanliness of the home will be addressed if raised when visiting and we strive to maintain all areas to a high level.
