Thank you very much for taking time to provide us with your valuable feedback. I'm very pleased to learn that your mother's care needs are being met and staff are caring. I'm sorry to learn that her special bedlinen isn't always on her bed and that communication between the staff isn't always good.  Your feedback will be shared with the rest of the team at Park House and we will be in touch with you at the earliest opportunity available to discuss the way forward on some of the aspects of your mother's care where there has been a lack of consistency.
