I have investigated this matter and unfortunately, the resident does have quite challenging continence care and the room is deep cleaned daily in order to support this. <br><br>In relation to the entrance and communal areas, I do not feel this represents the home we regularly receive highly positive reviews for the cleanliness of the home and we visit the home weekly and have never found this to be the case.<br><br>Please speak with the manager should you wish to raise any concerns and they will gladly assist you.
