I am very sorry to hear that your expectations have not been met at the Home and I would like to discuss the following three things
I was sorry to hear you had trouble entering and leaving the premises and I will address this by putting a notice upon the door to highlight which doorbell will lead straight to the alarm on the staff call bell. I also am aware that the room had locked safe for all personal effect and a locked door with a key. I am therefore unsure of why the score for security was a three?
Management - I had discussed with you the fact I had not been in that week, but I am still aware that the Deputy Manager and three seniors were all on shift throughout, and that you had seen them, a score of a two was given if this is due to my absence that's fine.
Rooms - The room actually was put together very quickly in relation to this being an emergency admission, but there was all new furniture, bed and bedding; I fully understand there were no pictures and ornament, the score was a two.
Food and drink - excellent food is written in the comment yet a score of three.
