Dear Karen, we really appreciate you writing a review for our care home and are really pleased that your mother is very settled in the care home.<br>I just wanted to explain that we offer an open policy in the care home so that family, friends and health professionals are free to come and visit with the evening staff locking the doors at night. We also have CCTV camera's both inside and outside the care home so we can clearly monitor who is coming and going from the premises and in over 9-years of owning the care home, this has never been an issue.<br>We are constantly updating the rooms and various areas of the care home to keep it looking fresh and clean.
