Thank you for sharing your view of Chiltern Grange. I am pleased to see that you feel the changes we have implemented are already having a positive impact.  I take on board your comments regarding our activities programme and we are working closely with the new team to make sure that we have a comprehensive programme of stimulating activities, outings, hobbies and events for all of our residents to participate in should they wish to do so. I hope to see a more holistic approach to our Leisure and Wellness offering as we move through the year and regular feedback will be sought from our residents and their relatives to ensure we achieve our goals.
