We are clearly very disappointed to read your review of the care we are delivering for your loved one. We are very prepared to address every individual issue that you have with specific examples and you are invited to ring at any time to talk through any and all concerns you have. We have discussed your mother’s care and needs in great depth with several members of the family and some have been very happy to give us a 5* review for the care and service she is receiving and have assured us they are happy in every respect.
