Both your Mum and Dad are sadly missed at Red Oaks, providing exemplary end of life care to not only the resident but the family is very important to all the staff here at Red Oaks. <br>Building relationships and paying attention to the details enabling a person centred approach is embedded in our ethos, it is lovely to hear your comments that the staff genuinely care for the residents that they look after.
