Hi Judith, Sorry to receive this feedback after you have decided for your mother to become a permanent resident.  We are very proud of our hotel services we are offering as a respect for our residents.  Our 5 The activity coordinators are organising different daily activities in which your mother participates twice daily.  Our residents who are approaching the end of life are cared for as per the care plan built together with the resident and their loved ones.
