It is unfortunate that you feel you have not received adequate communication regarding the lockdown of the care home although I have already discussed this with you.<br> <br>I would be happy to arrange a meeting with you to discuss the issues that you have raised once the lockdown is over, as at present we must minimise any risk to residents living in the care home.
