It was fantastic to read your review, and we are all very pleased as a team that you and your family member are happy with High Lodge Care Home. <br>It is such an important and very hard decision to make when choosing a home for your loved ones and for you to say that you found this "Gem" says it all. <br>As a home, we strive to provide a 5-star service remembering that this is not our home but the residents home and we are here to support and protect them, treating them with privacy, dignity and respect at all times while encouraging them to remain as independent as they can. <br>We operate an open and transparent culture, and always listen to suggestions to improve our service. <br>This is also great for other people to read who find themselves in the situation when trying to find that special home.
