Thank you for taking the time to complete a care home review for Kirkwood Court.  I am delighted that you are having a positive experience and finding the staff supportive and going out of their way at this very difficult time.  I am also very pleased that the well-being staff that we have recruited are providing a great service and they truly are an asset to our team.  I must apologise for the short period of time where there was no well-being staff in post, and although staff did their utmost at this time, there was a period where we did not have a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator leading activities.  I am happy that we have been able to rectify this and you have seen the difference this has made.
