I am very sorry that this has happened and that the family felt this way. <br>As a manager, this is not how I would be with the families, as losing a loved one is very sad and hard. I send my condolences to all the family especially his brother. I hope that when we are out of lockdown then the family will come and see us and I will personally speak to the brother.
