Thank you for your positive review of Moorland House and the staff, this is very much appreciated. It was sad that we did not share more time with your mother until she became ill.  I know I speak for all the staff and residents when I say how lovely your mother was and how privileged we were in caring and supporting her during her illness. Whilst she only came for a short period, as respite, she stayed with us longer than planned due to the situation involving the pandemic that we are facing. It is heartening to know you expressed that the staff are kind, caring and compassionate in their delivery of care and we would like to express our condolences to you and your family and for you to know that it was a pleasure to be able to have looked after her.
