Thank you for your review and your kind words which I will share with the team. It was a pleasure to have known both you and your mum. I am so sorry you were sent to the wrong address to collect the death certificate and I have shared this with the appropriate department. Also due to the COVID -19 pandemic with non-essential staff working from home, some processes are taking much longer to complete, so again I apologise for that and hopefully, soon we can all return back to normal.
