Thank you for your positive comments about Moorland House and the observations that you made in relation to the home care delivery and the environment; this is greatly appreciated.<br><br>I alongside the staff send our heartfelt condolences to you and your family and I know that we will miss your father greatly as he contributed and was involved in the decision making and changes benefit of all through the regular residents meetings we have at the home.  He was an advocate for the residents and also ensured that we looked at any issues and addressed these to ensure that any changes or improvements were made so that the residents best interests and opinions were listened to.  I will certainly miss seeing him sat at the entrance to the home and will miss the chats that we had; he was a true gentleman.
