At TLC, we know how important our families are to our residents' wellbeing and we have tried to do everything that we can to enable our residents to communicate with their loved ones during lockdown, in the safest way for all.  Being kind and caring is in our nature, and I am so glad to know that this has continued during what has been a turbulent time for all of us. Your Mother is a very valued member of our family and we are so happy that she knows she is safe with us.
