Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight.  It is always our intention to contact relatives and send a condolence card, but this was clearly an oversight.  Our Chaplain usually helps us with this but, during this pandemic, we have had fewer colleagues available in the home.  We are truly sorry for the distress this has clearly caused but please be assured that all of our residents and relatives are special to us.  You and your mother are not forgotten.
