Whilst we do deliver superb end of life palliative care, there are times when specialist palliative intervention is necessary, especially with very complex symptom control. It was the right plan for your mother to be transferred to a hospice so she could receive the specialist medical attention she required. It was a pleasure to have know the family albeit for a short while and I shall, share your comments with the team.
