I am sorry that you feel some that some areas are not to your standard. <br>However, we work extremely hard throughout the home to constantly improve our offering. In the past 12-months alone we have changed the front windows to a modern grey colour, added a stunning new entrance porch, added new flooring in corridors and bedrooms and added brand new artwork throughout the ground floor. We have also invested in state-of-the-art care management technology as well as a digital medication management system. In 2017, we received a social care award for being the best care home in Northamptonshire. During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have bucked the trend and have been one of only a small hand full of care homes in Northamptonshire that have remained coronavirus free. That has been possible through meticulous planning and implementation of infection control measures. We do, however, value your comments and will investigate these further.
