The members of your family have done nothing but praise our home for the way that we have ensured the safety of your granddad and all our residents during the pandemic. Your granddad is safe and cared for with empathy and compassion by our care team, he is in robust health and has been able to meet his relatives in the gardens at the home. We have made every effort to arrange visits with your granddad but the fact remains that you did not attend the last meeting leaving him confused. <br>We are always available to discuss any concerns you have calmly and will always endeavour to act in the best interests of the residents in our home.
